If you choose to pay a deposit to reserve your spot, please note that the remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the trip start date.

If we do not receive your full payment by the deadline:

  • Your booking may be cancelled without notice

  • You may be removed from the trip roster

  • Your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable
