Day 1: Friday, February 13 – Arrival & Exploration
Morning:
Meet in the Bay Area for carpooling (exact time & location TBD).
Drive to Yosemite National Park (approx. 4-5 hours).
Stop for quick snacks/lunch along the way.
Tunnel View & Valley View – Iconic Yosemite landscapes.
Arrive at our cozy cabin/lodge near Yosemite.
Check-in, relax, and get settled.
Bridalveil Fall Trail (0.5 miles, easy)
Day 2: Saturday, February 14 – Firefall & Winter Adventures
Morning:
Breakfast at the cabin.
Easy winter hike options:
Lower Yosemite Falls Trail (1.2 miles, easy)
Afternoon: Firefall Viewing & Photography Workshop
Firefall Viewing at Horsetail Fall – Arrive early to secure the best spot!
Photography workshop covering best settings for sunset glow, composition tips, and time-lapse techniques.
Learn how to capture the dramatic fire-like effect as the sun hits the waterfall.
Enjoy the breathtaking natural spectacle as the waterfall glows like lava.
Evening:
Dinner at the cabin or a nearby restaurant.
Day 3: Sunday, February 15 – Scenic Views & Departure
Morning:
Breakfast and check out from the cabin.
Afternoon:
Visit Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias
Start the drive back to the Bay Area with optional stops for lunch/snacks.
Expected arrival back home by evening.

Weather Dependent: Firefall is only visible if conditions are right. We’ll monitor the forecast closely.

Trip Agreement Highlights—Please Read Before Booking
By booking this trip with Nomadventures, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Liability Waiver: All participants join at their own risk. Nomadventures is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or unexpected changes due to weather, closures, or external factors.
Punctuality Required: Late arrivals may miss scheduled activities or transportation. Participants are responsible for their own travel if they miss a departure.
No Alcohol or Drug Use: This is a drug- and alcohol-free experience. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Shared Accommodations: Beds and rooms may be shared with same-gender participants. We do not guarantee bottom bunks or private beds.
Deposit Policy: If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due 10 days before the trip. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.
Transportation Policy: Group pickups are provided only from confirmed locations. Nomadventures is not responsible for individual transportation outside of the agreed route.
Itinerary Flexibility: All plans are subject to change. Itineraries and accommodations may shift due to weather, closures, or logistical needs. Flexibility is required.
